Randy holds a Dallas Theological Seminary (DTS) Masters in Christian Leadership and is completing doctoral work in Discipleship, Mentoring, and Coaching at DTS. This blends his executive leadership with a passion for one-on-one discipling and addressing biblical illiteracy.
